Global warming, water scarcity and catastrophic weather events are increasing in intensity and frequency.
The Least developed countries are particularly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change due to their naturally arid landscapes, increasing populations and paucity of infrastructure planning and preparedness.
I engage in Climate Change Scenario Planning by first analyzing site-specific projections of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). I examine various scenarios over a relevant time period and develop a number of likely scenarios. I then provide analyses for water availability and alternatives for irrigation consumption.
